POWERS: besides the obvious flying, she is able to manipulate ice and snow. She can't create it out of nothing, but if there is an amount of water, she can freeze it. She can't freeze an entire lake or ocean, but she can turn rain to snow, and she is able to make the area surrounding her very cold if she wishes. Her power is limited to 20ft in diameter.
PERSONALITY: Winterseve is quiet, somewhat shy and reserved, and is not always kind. She has adopted a "look out for Number 1" policy. It's not that she is cruel, evil, or selfish, but she considers preserving her own life above all else.
HISTORY: (I'm a little unsure about this, so please let me know what I need to fix! I'm trying to understand the history of EoD, so I might have gotten a few things wrong) Winterseve had a normal childhood until her father was killed. That tragedy caused her mother to slip into a depression that soon turned into madness. Winterseve found herself neglected and often abused by her mother, and her father's death was never explained to her. Her mother died not long after. Her emotional isolation created a wall between herself and others around her, hence her sometimes inability to feel empathy and compassion.

Letting you know I've seen this. Real quick, Given her age, both her parents must be dead since she was born during the Great Death. In your history you don't say if her mother dies or not. You'll need to mention her death since you mention her parents.

The only other pick I have is her power. I love it but could you define how far from her she can use it? Like for instance you could say, "She can freeze water or rain up to 3 pony-lengths away" or "she can use her power up to 20 feet in diameter from her." would be some ideas for it.

I like the 20 feet limit. It's about what I had in mind, actually. Basically her general viscinity.
