Note: Please read Chain Gang first, as some references are made to him regarding Whiplash, I simply separated the sheets to make approving them smoother (in case one had a problem).
DESCRIPTION: Another towering Pony, Whiplash stands less than a hand shorter than Chain Gang. Her build is only slightly less impressive, but her horn is a good inch longer and somewhat more wicked looking. Her body has a similar, though reduced, grimy appearance, though the color has much more of a greenish cast to it. Her mane and tail are jet black and shiny, lending a cleaner appearance to the female of the pair. Often obscured by her mane, save for the few inches that hang below the hairs, are nine evenly spaced whips, the first starting just behind her ears. Her eyes are a magenta color identicle to that of Chain Gang. The symbol on her hip is a cat 'o nine tails.
DETAILS
POWERS: Whiplash has only one power. When she desires, the whips in her mane lengthen almost instantly to approximately nine feet. She usually rears up and swings her neck around on the way down, sending the whips on their painful path. No magic guides her strikes, nor does it increase their potency, all the pain is extracted through skill that has been gained through painstaking practice. She's proficient enough in her work to land all nine lashes in nearly the exact same spot if she desires, providing that the target is nearly motionless.
COMBAT: She's a brawler; skilled in her own way, like a boxer. A boxer knows how to throw and take punches, but she's mainly trained to fight someone who fights in the same way. Her weakness is the large number of unpredictable moves that might be thrown at her with a different, more finesse based style of fighting. Lash likes to throw her weight around and up close and personal is what she knows best. She's a bit more willing to step back a bit and utilize her horn or whips, but she still gets down and dirty most of the time. Fighting her can be a bit eerie due to her being silent, even on the battlefield.
PERSONALITY:
Whiplash doesn't speak, so her personality is harder to pin down. Some speculate that she's even more brutish and sadistic than Chain Gang, while others assume that she merely follows his lead. At times she indeed seems to follow her companion's lead, while at others she seems to be the one leading him. Generally accepted as having a cooler head and a longer temper than Chain Gang, there is one sure way to raise her ire. Occasionaly mistaken as a male due to her size, Whiplash is furious and unforgiving in her punishments when someone make that mistake. The ferocity of these beatings is near legendary status, and few in the Volcano ever make that mistake any more.
ADDITIONAL NOTES:
Most of the residents of the volcano are not sure if Chain Gang and Whiplash are siblings or mates, but it's widely accepted that they're one of the two. She has punishment duty alongside him, and the two are almost never seen apart. Communicating via body language and a few noises such as hisses and grunts, Chain Gang is the only one that ever seems to fully understand what message she's conveying, unless it's simple in nature. The two most popular myths about her not speaking is that she is either unable to by accident or design, or that she feels that others aren't worthy to hear her voice. A third (less accepted) hypothesis is that she doesn't speak because her voice is so terrible that it totures the very minds of those that hear it. Chain Gang refuses to corraborate any of these theories.
Whiplash and Chain Gang prefer team tactics in their punishments, mostly along the lines of "you hold, I'll punch" with Whiplash doing the "punching". They also like to double up on opponents, though they never use anything more than a simple set-up.

Alright... sorry i've been so busy lately.. I just haven't had the time to reply to anything properly. Unfortunately, this hasn't changed but I really don't want this girl to sit around much longer... she is far to cool.
So I'm going to try.
I've responded a little in Chain Gang's Review so if you could peek in there and check out the stuff written in purple... that all applies to Whiplash also. Kinda a lazy way of doing it.. but it's also more time effectiant (sp?)
Other than the comments i have made in the other post... she is good to go.
If you want to copy me, and post your answers just once and have them refer to both... that's find with me, although if something needs to be adjusted in the profile, you'll need to do it for both. (But you already knew that!! )

Alrighty. Pretty much the same things I said for Chain Gang apply to Whiplash, I've modified both sheets accordingly.
