Finally here! So sorry that we've kept you waiting, Vrolok, but we were discussing about Sunray with the other mods. His powers have given us...quite a lot to think about.
So, first things first! The overall concept of Sunray is very nice and interesting, and I can see how it works perfectly well with Vrolok's history. Congrats on that, since I love well thought background histories

. His colours, appearance, age and history are just fine. Please, I'll just ask you to include his age (18, right?) in his profile too, up there (points out ^^). Even though you say he's Vrolok's twin, remember they're two different chars and each one must have the complete information in the profile.
Unfortunately, there's a problem with his powers. We've exchanged opinions about this, and we've come to the conclusion that he has too many. While it's true that you say his powers only last four days after Vrolok's eaten meat and blood, it's plenty of time given how the game works. We move and rp slowly, and if you check other char's profiles, you'll see that we often have to limit our chars' powers to a matter of minutes or a couple of hours to the most, depending on what powers they have and how strong they are. In short, even though his powers only last four days in game time, given the nature of EoD this is a long enough period of time for a lot of rping and interaction.
Sunray has three powers: mind control, the strength of three ponies and flying. However, characters in the game can have:
Earth ponies: 1 unique/magical ability
Unicorns: Winking + 1 unique/magical ability
Pegasi: Flight + 1 unique/magical ability
There are a few exceptions. Old veteran members can be granted ATEs, for example, which are inherently very powerful, or be allowed to play some very few unique chars which can also be a little more powerful. But generally speaking, the mods talk a lot when this happens and analyze very carefully the implications of said char's powers, evaluate the background of said member and make a decision about it. Mostly we all - mods included - have to abide by the rule that you see above regarding the number of magical powers for our chars. It's the normal standard for EoD, anything above this is considered very powerful.
As a side note, one thing you could do is making Sunray a pegasus. That way, he could be able to fly without "spending one power", so to say. Earth ponies don't naturally fly, so for other ponies to see one flying around would be shocking and impressive, and very unusual. Which is why Sunray's flying would be consider his magical power. This is just a suggestion, you don't really have to take it, kay? But if I were you, I'd make him a peg if I really wanted him to fly, and that would leave me one more power for him.
Now, we've been talking about the "suggestions" power. We loved the way you described it, that seems very interesting (specially the whole example of the vampire making the other put on the hat, hee ^^ ). But, as much as I find the power and its description very interesting, I'm terribly, terribly sorry to say that it's too strong a power and it can't be granted. You see, any form of mind control (even if it's something like these "suggestions") or clarividence is generally considered very, very strong, and we'd really prefer it if there aren't more than two or three chars in the game with such powers. They are very tricky and would tend to make things messy if we have lots of chars running around with such powers. There are only three chars in the mainland with mind controlling powers: Silver Dream (well, she's the Queen and the central char of the game

), her son Prince Satan (who inherited it from her mother) and Malikye, an evil ATE who is very powerful because he's lived for thousands of years and has come to the peak of his magical powers (think of him as one of the baddiest baddies in the game). There are a couple of chars here and there with some sort of mind-influence or telepathy, but, again, mind control is too powerful to be granted. Even if it's something like these suggestions and you say they don't always work, it's in itself too strong. You see, even if I decided to grant you this power as long as you let each member decide whether to have his or her char be overwhelmed by Sunray's power, most members would say that their chars are too strong willed and wouldn't comply, I assure you.
I hope you're not too disappointed. I can see how interesting this suggestion power is in Vrolok's and Sunray's personal history, but I think their histories still work perfectly fine without Sunray having it. You can always say that he was very commanding and bullying with her, and the mere fact that Sunray is terrified by him would me more than enough reason for her to leave and try to put as much distance from him as possible

. As you progress in the game and we see more and more of your rping, we could talk again. But for now, please understand that this is too much. It'd be very unfair to all the other members if this were allowed.
So, in short:
- Age, apperance and history are fine. Just remember to add the age to his profile, please.
- The mind control power is too strong.
- He can still have one magical power (you can add a skill too. A skill is like...non magical, but something he's very good at because of practice and training, like him being able to run very fast or be a great jumper, within what's ponyly possible ^^).
