Brief History: King Nebula is the ruler of Fernpunkt, and the father of Princess Night Star. He is very protective of his land, the citizens and his family. A caring pony, he will protect Night Star with everything that he has. When Starry Night was killed by the warrior Midnight Flame when Night Star was three weeks old,, King Nebula slayed him to protect Night Star and his dying wife. He made a promise to Starry Night to tell Night Star about her abilities and her forehead star when she was a little older.
Queen Starry Night had formed an alliance with Queen Silver Dream of Dream Castle Ponyland because Queen Silver Dream was originally from Fernpunkt. King Nebula promised her when she was dying, that he would continue to maintain the alliance between the two lands.

Just posting real quick to say I've seen this. My quick glance makes me feel there isn't anything wrong, but I still want to give a full review soon.

Will make sure that he gets a good review soon and to prod CM.

The only thing that sticks out at me at first glance is his age.. He needs to be (at the maximum) 28.

The mods will need to discuss the implications you have made about Silver Dream but other than the age, he looks fine by me.

I've spoken to Te previously about the alliance with Silver Dream, hence the whole reason Night Star is travelling to see Silver Dream in the first place with the Baron. So the Baron can let her know that the Queen of Fernpunkt has been killed (but that her dying wish was to keep the alliance alive)
and I've changed his age to 27
