Markings-Face paint,which she wears constantly(Design changes )),tribal styled Dolphin on one of her legs,a sea serpent coiling around the other leg.Has some piercings too.*(She has Bushwoolies on her crew,so they're the ones who put her paint on and gave her her piercings.)
Family-(Note:For the time,these would be NPCs who are her crew members.If anyone would honeslty be interested*Probably not xP;*you can contact me if you would like one of them as a character)Karnevale,Geisha,Reverse Spectrum,Winter's Monarch and..the rest of her crew.IF you want to be err..a part of it(Again probably not 8D; )and have an idea for a member,go ahead and just ask me about it.(Oh yeah,and IF she gets approved x3; )

Attacks-*Water Missiles:Can shoot water at will at her opponents,stinging their skin.However,she can't generate water and because of that she often carries water with her(In like a jug.)Smaller amount of water she uses the more missiles she can form and the faster they are.She can shoot water bullets in 10-20 second bursts. She can't shoot longer than 20 seconds at a time (constant shooting). After an extended fight (more than an hour) she will need to rest from shooting for 10 minutes for each hour.

Story/Personality- She ran away from home at a young age,so she doesn't remember her parents(And probably doesn't care.)she made her home on the coast,and at a young age became fascinated with the ocean.Around the time of her arrival she came to know a G1 Pony who somewhat raised her.The pony's name is unknown as Crescent doesn't like to talk about it,but the Dolphin tattoo on her leg is supposedly a homage to the Mare(Her symbol was probably a Dolphin.)When she was younger,she was much happier and often told the Mare how she would like to travel the seas.Unfortunately,after the Great Death she found hrself growing increasingly bitter.She decided to still travel the seas,but as a Pirate.Over time she obtained a crew and a ship.She became increasingly cold and heartless,and because of this and her brutal ways of killing she was given the name 'Sea Serpent'.She has little or no respect for those above her,but she keeps her crew close.To be honest,she can be nice at times(Again,it's only for her crew.)She holds some deep grudges against the Government(All Pirates do =P ) but doesn't go picking fights with them.Annd..that's it.Yay.

We'll have to brainstorm together if Seabelle and Cresent Wave have ever met durign their travels across the seas.

Age is fine, color is fine as is, the coat looks to be a blue-gray and so any gray coloring is A-ok well unless it is more off-white. But yours isn't so that doesn't matter for CW.

This reminds me that I need to write up how G3s play instruments (since no on else has and I do have a character that does...) but anyways. The reason I say that is....how does she put the pain on her face? Does she have a fellow pony do it with a brush? Or does she have say a bushwoolie slave that does it for her? This would apply to the pericings as well. Since ponies have hooves they can't do such intricate manipulation, but I know you know that

This is mostly for my curiosity but it does need explination. Just due to the fact that it is so rare.

Her power: I like it, it's an interesting twist on a water power.

I LOVE that she can't create the water only manipulate it. It reminds me of the fire mutant from X-men 2.

So my questions are, how long can she sustain her water shooting? How often a day can she do this before she become exhusted?

Say for instance she uses small amounts to make stinging missles. She uses a gallon of water (a jug full) can she them continue if there is another jug or does she need to rest? If so for how long? If not when does she need to rest. Also, I do not think water no matter how small, can break skin. HOWEVER, if repeatedly smashed against the skin it does sting and can cause the skin to become raw and painful. (Hence Chinese water torture... mwahahaha!)

So, stinging missles but not bullets. And larger sizes could blind (if splashed in the eyes) or stun. Now if you DO want it to break skin and cause more harm think about her freezing the water into ice. Like the iceman from X-men.

Otherwise, story is good, family/shipmates are cool. So just ponder her power some more. Oh! and maybe think about a name for your ship? I don't know if I did but if not I should for Seabelle.
