Powers: A gift of direction; Cezar can sense true north and his relative area compaired to a known area. He could navigate himself out of a thick, constant fog so long as he knew which direction his destination was. Like most unicorns, he also can wink, but only short distances that he can see. Which...he can see far he just can't wink but more than about fifty yards.

Personality: With one look at Cezar, you need not be told he is a stallion of few words. The grim appearance on his face states such clearly, as his dark muzzle and his striking yellow eyes envoke fear into most. He is a messenger, and one that only speaks when he is needed to speak. Although Cezar is not a pony of cruelity or brutallity, he is more than capable of participating in a fight.
Even if messengers are not the fighters, Cezar breaks this rule. But mainly, his career is solely based on his ability as a messenger, because certainly no one would dare try killing this messenger, even if the barrer of bad news.
History: Cezar was born like any other pony, but from the moment he was born he was considered an abomination. But then again, this was just as the ponies of light were finally fading away, and the ponies of darkness were still quite new to the world. Even so, a young colt with three horns of bone and the strength of an oxen could be considered demonic. Either way, Cezar was actually a very gentle foal...he only grew to be so formidable when his mother, a young unicorn, died, and his father left him at the age of seven.
When he was left by his father, a group of dragons knew this pony was no normal pony, and actually took the foal under their tattered wings. His 'mother' was a dragon of fourty-some years, her brown scales torn and beaten from many battles over her small cave near Tikal. Unfortunately she had lost both her sons to the territorial battles the summer before, and longed for company so desperately she befriended a lost colt.
Cezar grew up respecting his dragon mother, and thusly lacking severely the respect for his own kind. He is against the queen, of course, but is more than willing to deliver her messages--or anyone's, for it is his 'calling'. His dragon mother gave him a wicked sense of direction...he could walk in blinding fog and find his way. Thusly, he considers his birthcalling to be that of the messenger. So many are fighters, or wise men, or of other professions, but so few take on the precious need of a messenger.
Cezar has been such for five or so years, delivering hundreds of messages all over Ponyland. He is not quick, but very stable, and never can get lost unless he is blinded from true north...blinded meaning there has to be some egological change in the earth beneath his feet.
