Hi I will be posting the introduction section soon. I am Dragonblossom's friend and she helped me write up my character. I hope we did well enough and you won't have to do too much editing. We tried to make it easy on you guys

SYMBOL: A Black Rose with a wrap around vine of thorns.
EYES: A medium evergreen (emerald #5B9C64)
DESCRIPTION: Since she is a Candy Cane pony, Belladona has a strong candy strawberry scent.
BASIC DETAILS

POWERS:
Winking: Typical winking abilities.
Shedding Skin: This power allows Belladona to shed her skin like a snake can. When she sheds her skin, it takes her sweet scent with it. This loss of scent last for 20 minutes. Also, small skin wounds, like scratches, cuts and abrasions are healed. Anything more than an inch deep would not be fully healed. She can only shed her skin once a day at will. She must rub or scrape the skin off against some other rough object and takes between 2-5 minutes.
PERSONALITY: (Evil) Belladona is a greedy, self-centered out-for-herself kind of pony. She will team up or be nice to other ponies as it suits her needs. However as soon as the chance comes she'll backstab you as well as anyone else!

She sounds like a great first character.
Colors are just right, powers are well balanced...
I really can't think of anything to ask, nor do I see anything out of sorts with this one.
