POWERS:I'm not planning on her having to use more powers than what needs to be done at the alchemy school. I mean, if the dragons all breath fire, ya, she'll do that, but he main position is going to be teaching younger students stories and the older students some tips for traveling to other places as they move out of the manor. I suppose if the manor was ever attacked, she would mostly use a flame breath and alchemy to defend. Maybe her power could be some sort of amplifer for using alchemy.

Nothing "OMGTASTIC" but just a small boost.
A small fire spit can go as far as the length of her body and part of her tail.(I'm a long tail person, so I see a tail that's long) I'm not sure of normal mesurements for these dragons, but I'll say about 15 feet. This is something that is more useful to light a fire or annoy someone than actually fight. She doesn't do large fire balls.

When actually breathing fire in a large amount, ie fighting, It can go only the length of her body, which I'd say 10 feet, but it depends on the size. If it is a thinner, steady stream, then it might reach a half foot farther, but the end of the flame would not be as effective. Mostly, they'd feel that sensation you feel when you put your hand over a candle. The farthest that a full out flame would mangage to go is 7 feet with a 2 1/2 foot range.

The biggest things she usually uses her flames for is to show off.

PERSONALITY: Sweet, caring and loving, she’s full of youth. She loves learning and teaching about everything she knows, and tries to lead younger creatures on the right path with learning and knowledge about the outside world. She is usually seen sitting with teen aged ponies, teaching them about how to deal with people they don’t understand.
HISTORY: She left Dream Valley about the middle of the Great Death. She didn’t want to leave her homeland at first, but with the unstable state that Dream Valley was heading towards, she decided to leave and head south. She settled near the Alchemy School, and the House of the Lady Hexe. Since the school seemed to be a perfect place for her, she immediantly fell in love with the students, and became a sort of “teacher.” She mostly loves to tell stories, and love storytelling, and often can be see telling children stories to enlighten their imagination. Other than that, she teachs students who are getting ready to migrate from the House out into the land. She tries to teach them to see everyone on an equal basis. Her and Lady Hexe are not exactly the best of friends, but they are sometimes seen sharing a laugh, or discussing some new knowledge. She disapproves of the Lady’s more “secret” experiments, but she turns a blind eye to them and only huff and dismisses them if they are mentioned.

FAMILY: None known. (I doubt that I'll ever go into this area)
FRIENDS: She left a good deal of her friends back in Dream Valley, but she has made new friends in Elysian Fields, including the Lady Hexe.
OTHER: She loves to travel and is sometimes seen in other parts of Elysian Fields.

Just wanted to pop in here and place my two jangles worth. I don't see any problems. Though I'm interested to know if she has any powers? Or if you will have have any?

I don't know much about K'ntalli dragons but for what is known in their description. So, from that I see this as A-ok! I'm going to hold off on giving my approval in case I've missed something though. However, if someone else says it looks good, my post here can be taken as an approval.
